Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use ofToksHub. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Facilitate or promote illegal activities
• Violate export control or sanctions regulations

Harmful Content Generation

• Generate CSAM or content sexualizing minors
• Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Generate malware, ransomware, or phishing content

Abuse and Fraud

• Use stolen or fraudulent payment methods
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free Credits
• Impersonate another person or entity

Technical Abuse

• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or restrictions
• Conduct unauthorized security scanning or penetration testing
• Launch DoS/DDoS attacks
• Attempt to access other users' data or API keys

API Key Misuse

• Share, sell, or transfer API keys to unauthorized third parties
• Resell API access without written authorization

2. Enforcement

We enforce this AUP through a graduated response:

1. Warning — First-time minor violations
2. Temporary Suspension — Repeated or moderate violations
3. Account Termination — Serious or repeated violations
4. Law Enforcement Referral — Criminal activity
